All rooms are in properties that are situated within a short walking distance to NBCC Moncton and many businesses such as grocery stores, restaurants, etc.
Tenants share a common kitchen and common bathroom (with the exception of tenants whose room has a private bathroom).
The doors of all the rooms have a deadbolt for the tenants’ added security and privacy and all rooms are also furnished (see below).
The minimum rental term is 6 months, after which the tenancy is month to month.
Each property has a laundry room with coin operated washer and dryer. Each machine costs $2 (2 x $1 coins).
