I agree and understand that the following amounts could be deducted from the security deposit if missing, damaged or dirty at the time of inspection when I move out:: • Missing or damaged fabric mattress cover $75; • Dirty or stained fabric mattress cover $50; • Missing or damaged vinyl mattress cover $25; • Missing or damaged bed skirt $50; • Dirty or stained bed skirt $25; • Dirty floor $25; Dirty wall $20 (per wall); • Dirty desk $10; • Dirty or dusty bookshelf $20; • Dirty mirror $10 ($50 if broken) • Pots and pan ($50 each if missing; $25 each if dirty); all other kitchen items ($10 each missing item or $5 each dirty item) • Kitchen cupboard ($30 if not empty and/or $25 if dirty) • Fridge ($60 if not empty and/or $40 if dirty) • Desk chair ($100 if broken or $40 if dirty)

I understand that I am responsible for any damages that may occur to the room during my tenancy. I also agree that if the room is not in this same condition when I vacate that the security/damage deposit may be reduced to cover the costs incurred by the landlord to return the room to the condition that it was at the time of inspection. If my room has its own private bathroom I have also completed a separate Bathroom Inspection. *
