Review and complete the following prior to inspection. Consult your rental agreement for amounts that could be deducted from your security deposit.
The bedroom floor should be swept and mopped with tightly rung mop. Don’t forget under the bed and inside closet.
The bedroom door (and door handle) should be clean, both inside surface and outside surface.
Closet shelves should also be wiped down.
Fabric mattress cover should be washed and white like the day you moved in.
The vinyl mattress cover should be wiped down.
Desk and book shelves should be dusted and wiped down.
Window should be clean as should the blinds.
All dishes, cutlery, pots and pan should be properly washed and left in the room.
Assigned space in fridge should be cleared and clean.
The assigned kitchen cupboard(s) should also be cleared and clean.
Room with private bathroom: the bathroom should be spotless especially the bathtub/shower, toilet and sink.
